It's Easy!!

No tools are required although a credit card or a drivers license comes in handy to smooth out any bubbles.

Do a quick wipe down of the wall with a damp cloth and allow it to dry thoroughly. *Do not use glass cleaner or any other cleansing agent.

Now you're ready to go! With the larger Superstars it's much easier with two people. Lay your Superstar on the floor and gently remove it from the backer and carefully stick the top of your Superstar on your wall and smooth it down with your hand or a card working from the top down. Once the whole graphic is stuck, go over it again with a little more pressure.

Stand back and check it out. If its not straight or you don't like the positioning, no problem. Just gently peel it back off the wall and re-apply.

Thats it!

Remember to save the backing and the box for later storage.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:

We want your Superstar products to be of the highest quality. Please adhere to our photo specifications for great results. The quality of your Superstar completely depends on the quality of the image you send us. We cannot guarantee a quality image if you do not meet our photo requirements.

Acceptable file formats:

We prefer .JPG files but, we also accept .TIFF files.

Photo Resolution Requirements:

• We require a digital image with a minimum resolution of 6-mega pixel or higher (approx. 2048 pixels x 1536 pixels). Please be sure your camera is set to its highest resolution setting. Your camera manual will help you with this information.
  
  
• If you camera has a date function, please turn it off.
  
  
• All scanned images must be minimum resolution of 300 dpi at 8" x 10".
  
  

Compositional and Additional Requirements:

• Depending on the design you choose, take photo of subject from the waist up or full body. Subject must fill the frame as much as possible. No long distance shots. Make sure no body parts are missing or cropped from the frame. Action shots should be full body shots.
  
  
• Avoid photos that have another person's body parts (i.e. hands and feet) overlapping the subjects body.
  
  
• All photos should be taken in daylight or in a well-lit room. Taken on a solid color background with high contrast. For example, if your child has brown hair you should take the picture on a white or light colored background. If you child has blond hair you should take the picture on a dark background.
  
  

We will not accept:

• Low resolution images
  
  
• Blurry images
  
  
• Images taken with a camera phone
