How are images submitted?
Your digital pictures are uploaded to our website from your computer
What type of file do I upload?
We prefer .JPG files.
Is there a minimum megapixel requirement for my submitted photo?
We require a minimum of 2 megapixel photographs. Be sure your camera is set to its highest image quality and turn off the date function.
What if I don't have a digital picture?
We will accept scanned pictures but should have a minimum resolution of 300 dpi at 8" x 10".
May I edit my photo?
You may crop your photo following the submission process to include just the area you desire for your Superstar or poster. There is also an accompanying dialogue box for any special instructions.
How do I pick the best Superstar or poster size?
Go to our color coded Image chart to refer to megapixel and enlargement suggestions.
May I purchase more than one item using the same photo?
Yes. Follow the ordering directions and place different items in your shopping cart.
What payment methods do you take?
We accept Master Card, VISA, Amex, Discover and Paypal.
May I change or cancel my order?
No. Once the payment portion of the order has been completed,
the order is immediately processed and cannot be cancelled.

We use the best materials and printing methods available and all of our merchandise goes through strenuous quality control measures to ensure a superior product to our competitors. We are not responsible if you order a Superstar or poster larger than the recommended size on our quality image chart.

Will you ship overseas?
Yes. We ship worldwide but we only accept US currency as payment. We ship our product via UPS.
